If we reject, cancel, or modify an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at the time of purchase.

Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

Each piece is made to order intentionally and not produced in excess. For this reason, all sales are final, except where required by applicable law.

If your order arrives damaged or does not meet our quality standards, we will make it right with a replacement at no cost. No noise. No complications. Just respect for what you ordered.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal or household use only and are not for commercial resale or unauthorized export.

4. Prices, Promotions, and Billing

Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed, as shown in your order confirmation.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, listed prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs duties, import fees, or other charges that may apply.

Prices shown on our online store may differ from prices offered in physical stores, marketplaces, third-party websites, or other sales channels.

  • charges incurred by you will be honored by your payment provider; and

  • you will pay all charges incurred at the listed prices, including applicable taxes, shipping, handling, customs, and other fees.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We offer free worldwide shipping on orders over USD $100.

Each piece is made to order intentionally and not produced in excess. Because products are made to order, processing and delivery times may vary.

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, incorrect shipping information, weather, events outside our control, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and title for products will transfer in accordance with applicable law and the shipping terms presented at checkout. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply in your jurisdiction.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for lost or delayed orders caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by you.

The Services, including all trademarks, trade names, logos, text, images, graphics, product reviews, videos, audio, page layouts, design, features, and content, are owned by Phantomsoul, our affiliates, our licensors, Shopify, or other third parties and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Shopify’s names, logos, product names, service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

Our store is powered by Shopify, which helps us provide the Services. However, purchases made through our store are made directly with Phantomsoul.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Phantomsoul, including any injury, damage, loss, claim, or dispute arising from products or services purchased from us. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Phantomsoul.

  • not mimic human behavior to avoid detection;

  • not complete, bypass, or circumvent CAPTCHAs or measures designed to distinguish human users from automated systems;

  • respond truthfully to any prompt or question intended to determine whether an interaction is from a human or automated system; and

  • not circumvent or avoid any measure intended to block, limit, modify, or control automated access.

We may request that an Agent stop accessing or interacting with the Services. After such a request, the Agent must immediately stop doing so.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services, or terminate these Terms, at any time and for any lawful reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.

You remain responsible for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including provisions relating to intellectual property, Feedback, privacy, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, termination, severability, waiver, entire agreement, assignment, and governing law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Phantomsoul, our affiliates, partners, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, service providers, licensors, and the affiliates and service providers of Shopify will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, consequential, or similar damages of any kind, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or other damages arising from or related to:

  • your inability to access or use the Services;

  • products purchased through the Services;

  • errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in content;

  • any content or products posted, transmitted, sold, or otherwise made available through the Services; or

  • any other claim related to your use of the Services or any product purchased through the Services.

This limitation applies whether the claim is based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Phantomsoul, Shopify, our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from and against any losses, damages, liabilities, claims, demands, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:

  • your violation of applicable law;

  • your violation of the rights of any third party; or

  • your access to or use of the Services.

We will notify you of any indemnifiable claim, provided that a failure to promptly notify you will not relieve you of your obligations unless you are materially prejudiced. We may control the defense and settlement of the claim at your expense, including the choice of counsel, but we will not settle any claim that imposes non-monetary obligations on you without your consent, which must not be unreasonably withheld. You agree to cooperate in the defense of indemnified claims, including by providing relevant information and documents.

These Terms, together with any policies or operating rules posted by us on the Services or incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Phantomsoul regarding your use of the Services and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us.

Any ambiguity in the interpretation of these Terms will not be construed against the drafting party.

You may not delegate, transfer, or assign these Terms or any rights or obligations under them without our prior written consent. Any attempted assignment without consent will be null and void.

We may transfer, assign, or delegate these Terms and our rights and obligations without your consent or notice, subject to applicable law.

22. Governing Law

These Terms and any separate agreements through which we provide the Services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

You and Phantomsoul agree that any dispute, claim, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought before the competent courts located in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim in another jurisdiction.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply to you under the laws of your place of residence.
